Do we provide refunds?

⚠️ We only give refunds in the form of Store Credit or replacement(s). We will always refund you this way and never back in cashapp/crypto.

How long are the warranties?

For streaming/porn accounts, we generally offer 1 month warranty.
If your product its related with other categories, the warranty for these is 1 hour.

How to make an account?

Go to Register
Fill-in empty areas with your information. Make sure to use an email that you have access
Press Register button.
Complete the registration verifying your email address (check your email inbox or spam folder).

How to login?

Registered users
Go to Login.
Fill-in blank with your email/username, and the second one with your password.
Press Login button.

Guests
Go to guest login page
enter your order email and order ID into respective fields.
Click on "Login" button

⚠ Only paid orders data (email and ID) can be used for guest logins.

How to charge my account balance?

Login to your account.
Go to Deposits.
Click on "New Deposit" and enter the amount you want to charge your account.
Select "Save" then select payment method you like.
Press "Pay" Button then complete the process.

How to submit a ticket?

Registered users
Login to your account.
Go to My Tickets.

Guests
Login with any paid order ID and it's email used for that order.
Go to My Tickets.

Press "New" then choose the ticket category and select the order.
Explain to us whats your issue. Make sure to provide images/videos to make your ticket valid.
If you need to send us an image, upload it to imgur.com/upload and send the link thru ticket chat.
